“ Reflection in the void ”
Digital print on canvas, 80 × 80 cm Techniques: 3D modeling, rendering and digital image processing
This work explores the tension between form and function within an imaginary reflective space. The observer encounters familiar objects—a glass, a spoon, a fork, an egg—whose forms remain intact, but whose utility is denied: the glass has several holes, the fork cannot pierce, the spoon cannot contain, the egg is unbreakable.
The absence of a physical mirror, contrasted with the clear presence of a reflection, introduces a conceptual paradox. The work suggests a space where logic gives way to poetic illusion and where the act of reflection—literal and metaphorical—occurs even in a void. It invites us to consider the boundaries between reality and perception, rationality and imagination.
