PREMONITORY MIRROR: CLIMATE CHANGE

A common room with a window overlooking a beautiful landscape of the
Gulf of Naples. On the right side wall, a large premonitory mirror
inexorably foresees future events. In the mirror, we see that time
has passed: the wall paint has yellowed and flaked, the wooden window
has been replaced with a modern white aluminum one; other signs of
time in the room include a broken and glued vase, some
stains—everything in the natural order of things affected by the
passage of time. Outside the window, however, there is no natural
order but rather the result of violence against the balance of
nature. The landscape is unrecognizable due to the thick layer of
smog, with blues turning into gray-green. There are no swallows but threatening lightning.
