This website is property of and operated by Arte Laguna srl (hereinafter “Arte Laguna World” or ALW) and has the purpose to give to the Artists the possibility to offer their artworks for sale, promote artworks, give on-line visibility to artists, and provide promotional services.
ALW has also the purpose to give to the Buyers the opportunity to discover new Artworks and purchase them.

ALW can be accessed at www.artelaguna.world (the site) and is visible also on mobile devices.
ALW offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to the User, conditioned upon the acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. The simple use of the Site automatically entails the User’s acceptance of the Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current website shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. The User can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. ALW reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to ALW website. n order to list a work on ALW the User first has to create an account by completing the registration procedure. During the registration procedure the User will be required to provide certain information. The User agrees to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration procedure and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete.

ACCESS TO SERVICES
The use of the Site and its services implies acceptance of these Terms of Services, without however having to create a User account. The Site allows the User to submit photos or videos of his own Artworks to sell them and to promote them through the Services. ALW is not responsible if information made available on this Website is not accurate, complete or current. The Site allows the User to apply to Arte Laguna Prize and the only use of this Service, automatically entails the User’s acceptance of Arte Laguna Prize terms and conditions and Privacy Policy published on www.artelagunaprize.com
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE
Services are subject to change without notice. ALW reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time.
ALW shall not be liable to Users or to any third-party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Services.
ACCURACY OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION
The User agrees to provide current, complete and accurate information. The User agrees to promptly update his account and other information, including the email address and other contact information, so that ALW can contact the User as needed.

INDEMNIFICATION
The User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ALW and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, contributors, interns and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of the breach of these Terms of Service.
TERMINATION AND ACCOUNT CANCELLATION
If the User breaches any of these Terms, ALW will have the right to suspend or disable the User’s Account or terminate these Terms, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to the User. ALW reserves the right to revoke the User’s access to and use of the Services, at any time, with or without reason. In the event ALW terminates these Terms for the User’s breach, the User will remain liable for any amounts due hereunder. The User may cancel his/her Account at any time by sending an email to cancel@artelaguna.world
In its relationship with the User, ALW shall not be held responsible for: the interruption of operation of the site or inability to access it, or adverse conditions of usage of the Site; any loss of data, time, opportunity and/or any other indirect damage related to the use of the Site.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements whereby ALW provides Services to the User, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of ITALY.
For any controversy that might arise in the interpretation and fulfilment of this Terms of Services, the competent court will exclusively be the Tribunal of Treviso, Italy.
