I created this work to explore the tension between structure and fluidity, between the precision of stripes and the freedom of flight. Using a handheld airbrush, I painted the colored stripes, weaving delicate shades of pink and blue into the bold rhythm of black. Through a collage of torn tissue paper, I shaped a bird in flight: the fragility of the paper and its irregular edges interact with the order of the composition. The inter play of these elements creates a hypnotic optical effect: the gaze shifts between the stripes and the figure, between surface and depth, evoking a sense of movement. The bird seems to cross the visual pattern and break free of its boundaries, becoming an image of momentum and possibility. The work invites viewers to pause, allowing balance and contrast to reveal themselves differently with each encounter.
