This artwork is part of my Heroines Series. While the series is inspired by the enduring spirit of Mila Gojsalić and different expressions of feminine strength, this painting explores another side of womanhood.
Here, strength is not expressed through resistance, sacrifice, or heroism, but through vulnerability, sensuality, and grace. It is a reflection on the often-overlooked courage of simply being a woman — delicate, intuitive, emotional, and unapologetically feminine.
The inspiration comes from my belief that women do not always have to be warriors. Sometimes true strength exists in softness, beauty, presence, and in the ability to remain connected to one's authentic self.
Through expressive brushwork, luminous color, and an immersive atmosphere, I seek to create a space where femininity is not the opposite of strength, but one of its most powerful forms.
