This
work is physically accessible, the grapes clink together – driving
away starlings – protecting the vineyard. The grape bunch floats in
a one plane - looks like a perpetual motion - the hanging balls shows
the cylic of make wine. Visitors can use it, childrens can play with
it, to get closer for the nature. Grape seeds reflects the nature
like a mirror, with ourselves.
The
installation was given a Latin name to reflect and be closer to the
plants of the arboretum where it is placed: Folly Arboretum and
vinery at lake Balaton, Hungary.
In
2 years, the vines planted at the base of the statue grew, thus
fitting in better with nature.
