Well-head performance (Balazs Hugyecsek and Peter Rizmayer)
During our performances, we draw water from a stream, river, or pool in a location-specific manner, and then use gravity to flow it over us step by step. The viewers are often surprised by our courage to use natural - and therefore often polluted - water, thereby making them and ourselves think about how to think responsibly and take care of nature!
This risky, difficult to implement, multi-actor performance points out that humanity is also an active part of the water cycle and the role it plays in the natural unity of the Earth. By soaking the heads, the externality of the water ceases, through the water everything becomes essential, the presence of the water determines the big whole from that point of view.
Water not only flows from one head to another as a physical substance, but also as a thought from one subject to another. Water acts as a carrier here, as in general: it conveys so many things, from life to waste from human activities. Water covers a huge spectrum, which is why our responsible place in the water cycle is important, since humans have to clean most of the water on our Earth in order to make it suitable for consumption. It almost never occurs to us that we have not only a polluting, but a life-giving part in the water cycle.
