ENDLESS SIGNATURE is a six-hour performance presented at the 2013 Venice Biennale, in which the artist continuously signs rolls of paper that accumulate around him and disperse in space. The signature indicates man's need to leave a trace in his existence: everything he does has this purpose, and time itself thus becomes a leaving of traces. The performance thus brings together the physical effort, the dispersion of traces, but also the economic aspect for which in art, fashion, literature what counts is often the signature and the brand.
