This canvas represents the heart of my Ballu Tundu: emotional connection as a space of recognition and inclusivity. The figures do not belong to a fixed identity, but become open symbols in which anyone can recognize their own story, relationships, and idea of family and community.
Wine, used as the sole natural pigment, creates organic and ever-changing shades that speak of time, memory, and transformation. The hand embroidery crosses the surface like an invisible thread that binds people together, while the gold leaf brings light to human relationships, elevating them into symbols of harmony and sharing.
The artwork celebrates the beauty of authentic bonds in all their forms.

Questa tela rappresenta il cuore del mio Ballu Tundu: il legame affettivo come spazio di riconoscimento e inclusione. Le figure non appartengono a un’identità definita, ma diventano simboli aperti nei quali ciascuno può ritrovare la propria storia, i propri affetti, la propria idea di famiglia e comunità.
Il vino, utilizzato come unico pigmento naturale, crea sfumature organiche e mutevoli che parlano di tempo, memoria e trasformazione. Il ricamo a mano attraversa la superficie come un filo invisibile che unisce le persone, mentre la foglia oro dona luce al rapporto umano, elevandolo a simbolo di armonia e condivisione.
L’opera celebra la bellezza dei legami autentici, in tutte le loro forme.
