This work pulses with movement and release. It seems to embody the moment of passage from a material world into a wider, higher space. At the center, a bird flies with its wings stretched open — not only as a natural creature, but as a symbol of the soul when it frees itself from constraint and moves toward broader horizons of light, knowledge, strength, and pride.
Around the bird flow waves of green, blue, and turquoise, giving the sense of air, water, and renewing energy. This circular motion creates the feeling that the bird does not fly only in outer space but also within a swirl of emotions, thoughts, and transformations.
The ornaments and traditional jewelry hanging beneath the bird add a Saudi heritage and cultural dimension. They represent the roots, the identity, and the memories that I — and every person — carry with me, even as I reach toward freedom and flight. Flight here does not mean abandoning the origin; it means rising with it.
The Arabic letters scattered in the background appear as whispers of prayer or remembrance. They blend into the colors without imposing themselves, forming a spiritual cover that embraces the entire scene.
This work embodies the moment of release toward the inner horizon. The bird becomes a metaphor for the human soul on its journey — between roots and freedom, between memory and dream. Movement, color, and Arabic script come together to create a visual space that celebrates hope and renewal.
My message in this painting: wings are not measured by the strength they carry, but by the faith in flight that they carry.
