Nouf Khisaifan is a Saudi visual artist (fine arts) working within the surrealist and abstract traditions across painting, murals, and decoupage. Operating under the artistic identity Noofaty, she draws on the cultural heritage of the Arabian Peninsula, where surreal and abstract imagery meets symbols of identity, memory, and emotion.
Her work has been featured in cultural events and exhibitions across Saudi Arabia, including the Visual Arts Exhibition at the Khobar Book and Readers Festival under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture, the Mashahid Fanniya ("Visual Scenes") exhibition at Art Gallery Lido in Khobar, and the Nokhetha Exhibition in Jubail. She has contributed paintings to national celebrations including Saudi Founding Day, and her work has drawn recognition from international visitors, including the U.S. Consul during the Mashahid Fanniya exhibition.
Khisaifan's practice extends into workshops, public mural commissions, and community initiatives that promote Saudi visual culture. Her guiding principle — "I leave my mark wherever I am" — reflects a surrealist and abstract sensibility rooted in cultural identity, simplicity, and emotional resonance.
