"The Hanging City" depicts the cyclical movement of empty shells, wandering around a monumental circular building. Here, some individuals walk outside, while others hold dominion. However, nobody can escape from this world. People are propelled by instinct or desire. Particularly, those situated at the city's apex incessantly weave fantasies—be they virtuous, malevolent, spiritual, or materialistic. Nevertheless, as the Bible goes, "all is vanity and a chasing after wind." It has been selected as a finalists for BBA Artist Prize 2023, and was exhibited at BBA Gallery, Berlin, Germany, in April, 2023.
