This painting is about an imaginary world I created in my mind. It is a safe haven where I wanted to take my daughter to protect her from all the evil in the world. The colorful side under the gold sun represents our peace and my love as a mother. The dark figures on the right show the dangers and the toxic past that I am keeping away from my child. It is my ultimate dream of protection.
