In Contact

In Contact is part of the Microcosm series and explores relational intelligence as a process that emerges not within isolated entities, but in the space between them. Inspired by the interconnected behavior of slime molds, the work examines contact as a fundamental condition of communication, adaptation, and mutual transformation. Organic forms approach, touch, and respond to one another, creating a visual structure shaped through interaction.

The work reflects on the physical and psychological dimensions of contact. Touch becomes more than a moment of connection — it is an exchange through which each participant affects and is affected by the other. In Contact suggests that identity and intelligence can emerge relationally, through proximity, resonance, and continuous interaction. The boundaries between individual forms remain visible, yet what happens between them becomes the true subject of the work.
