Development Team is part of the Microcosm series, inspired by slime molds and their ability to organize, communicate, and develop through decentralized networks. The composition explores collective growth as a process in which individual elements do not compete for dominance but contribute to the development of the whole. Organic forms become a visual metaphor for structures based on cooperation, mutual influence, and shared direction.
MEANING
The work reflects on the idea that development does not have to be an individual process. Growth can emerge through connection, exchange, and cooperation, with each element influencing and strengthening the others. Inspired by the collective behavior of slime molds, Development Team becomes a metaphor for communities and relationships in which the potential of the whole is created through the interaction of its individual parts.
DESCRIPTION
