I built the Addams Puppets to set up the Studio for an artistic puppet workshop for children, dedicated to children's fears, with the aim of exorcising the fear of diversity and the unknown.
Each Puppet / character represents a monstrous and at the same time attractive side of the individual, in his dual nature.
The sculpted heads are built with Crete, in polystyrene base. The body is constructed with scotch-coated newspaper and fabric. The clothes are made of fabric. The body is painted with acrylic colors. Synthetic hair covers the heads. Wooden rods support the Pupo and the string connected to the arms allows it to move.
