RED OXYGEN "Expression" Trittico
Sara Franci presenta Red Oxygen, l'evoluzione radicale e cromatica del progetto Oxygen. Dove il bianco e nero tracciava il confine tra luce e oscurità, qui il rosso satura lo sguardo e trasforma il respiro in materia visibile.
Nel trittico EXPRESSION, la viratura intensa crea un dialogo serrato tra rossi profondi e neri assoluti, definendo uno spazio sospeso tra lo spirito e la carne. Il rosso cessa di essere semplice colore per farsi sangue, ossigeno, allarme e sopravvivenza: è il battito primordiale che sostiene l’esistenza.
La natura si trasfigura in territorio interiore. Indagata in chiave macroscopica, la superficie organica diventa pelle, ferita e architettura della resistenza. In questo dualismo estremo, la purezza convive con la contaminazione e il corpo con la trascendenza. Mentre i neri assoluti assorbono e custodiscono, il rosso irrompe per esporre la verità dell'essere.
"Io sono" diventa un atto di resistenza: la mia natura riflette la corruzione circostante senza lasciarsene permeare. Attraverso l’immersione cromatica, la lente scava nella trama per estrarne un’identità universale: fragile e ferita, ma irriducibilmente viva. Red Oxygen è l'ossigeno che si fa carne, tra contemplazione e conflitto.

Sara Franci presents Red Oxygen, the radical and chromatic evolution of the Oxygen project. Where black and white once traced the boundary between light and darkness, here red saturates the gaze, transforming breath into visible matter.
In the triptych EXPRESSION, the intense toning creates a relentless dialogue between deep reds and absolute blacks, defining a space suspended between spirit and flesh. Red ceases to be a simple color, becoming blood, oxygen, alarm, and survival: it is the primordial heartbeat that sustains existence.
Nature is transfigured into an inner territory. Investigated through a macroscopic lens, the organic surface becomes skin, wound, and the architecture of resistance. In this extreme dualism, purity coexists with contamination, and the body with transcendence. While absolute blacks absorb and preserve, the red bursts forth to expose the truth of being.
"I am" becomes an act of resistance: my nature reflects the surrounding corruption without being permeated by it. Through chromatic immersion, the lens digs into the texture to extract a universal identity: fragile and wounded, yet irreducibly alive. Red Oxygen is oxygen becoming flesh, caught between contemplation and conflict.
