BLACK OXYGEN è la manifestazione della densità. In questo passaggio radicale della mia ricerca, l’ossigeno abbandona la sua trasparente leggerezza per farsi sostanza scura: un respiro corrotto che non si limita a sostenere la vita, ma la preme,
la scolpisce e la trasforma. È il peso di un vissuto che si fa aria densa, una compressione individuale necessaria alla trasformazione del sé.
Il resto del racconto si affida alla purezza dell’immagine non alterata. Scatti che catturano elementi vegetali nella loro forma essenziale, sinuosa e graffiante. Senza manipolazioni, la natura si rivela nella sua drammaticità originaria, diventando paesaggio dell’invisibile. Il bianco e nero, di matrice caravaggesca, non illumina per rivelare, ma scava nel buio per estrarre presenze, creando tensioni visive dove il corpo si dissolve per lasciare spazio alla sua essenza più intima.
BLACK OXYGEN è una meditazione sulla fragilità e sulla potenza dell’esistere.
È il ritmo di un polmone che si espande contro la propria gravità, dove guardare diventa respirare l’oscurità per evolvere con essa.

BLACK OXYGEN is the manifestation of density. In this radical shift in my research, oxygen abandons its transparent lightness to
become a dark substance: a corrupted breath that does not merely sustain life, but presses, sculpts, and transforms it.
It is the weight of a lived experience turned into dense air—an individual compression necessary for the transformation of the self.
The rest of the narrative relies on the purity of the unaltered image. Frames that capture botanical elements in their essential, sinuous, and piercing forms. Without manipulation, nature reveals itself in its original drama, becoming a landscape of the invisible.
The dramatic black and white—Caravaggio-esque in its depth—does not light to reveal, but carves into the darkness to extract
presences, creating visual tensions where the body dissolves to make room for its most intimate essence.
BLACK OXYGEN is a meditation on the fragility and the power of existence. It is the rhythm of a lung expanding against its own
gravity, where looking becomes breathing in the darkness to evolve with it.
