Poetics of Chaos is a twenty-minute immersive performance combining live sound improvisation, body performance, light and painting.
In a time shaped by information overload, instability and fragmented attention, the work creates a suspended space where chaos becomes a creative force rather than a condition to overcome.
Musician Jean20 performs with self-built instruments, generating a fragile and evolving sonic landscape. In dialogue with this sound environment, Arno inhabits an installation resembling a cage, embodying hybrid identities between human and bird. Through movement, light and live painting, the performance unfolds as a living language oscillating between confinement, adaptation and liberation.
The bird becomes a metaphor for coexistence with the living world. Existing beyond human borders, it suggests alternative ways of inhabiting shared environments. Rather than delivering a fixed narrative or statement, the performance invites multiple interpretations, allowing each viewer to engage through personal perception and experience.
Bringing together experimental music, visual art, installation and performance, Poetics of Chaos explores the relationships between humans, other species and their ecosystems through an interdisciplinary artistic practice. Improvisation is approached as a process of research, where the encounter between generations, materials and artistic languages becomes the driving force of creation.
