Acrylic, gold leaf and
glitter for a story on canvas that evokes the summer nights in my beloved
countryside, when the yellow shimmer of the wheat defeated the dark and the
song of the crickets was music for the stars. A fragment of my childhood
recounted with the jagged density in the lower part, where those who wish can
enter and blend into the vegetation. From there, they can gaze upwards to
immerse themselves in the spectacle of a starry night, accompanied by the music
of nature.
Un
racconto su tela che rimanda alla mia amata campagna e alle notti estive in cui
il biondeggiare del grano vinceva sul buio mentre il canto dei grilli era
musica per le stelle. Un frammento della mia infanzia raccontato con la materia
frastagliata nella parte bassa dove chi
desidera può entrare e confondersi tra la vegetazione e da lì alzare lo sguardo
in alto per immergersi nello spettacolo di una notte stellata accompagnata
dalla musica della natura.
