The mixed media, a balance
of acrylic, material and gold leaf, sees the introduction of external elements
such as zips. The opening or closing of the zips is the same in the upper and
lower part to symbolize equality and the need for the mutual respect men and
women must show each other, be it at work or in social or sexual relationships.
And precisely with reference to the sexual sphere, the allusion recalls the
principle of "let's decide together.” The black part symbolizes the
masculine element and the white, the feminine. The black part, however, has its
own white component to remind every man that he was born of a woman.
La tecnica mista utilizzata in equilibrio tra acrilico,
materia e foglia oro vede l’introduzione di elementi esterni come delle
cerniere. L’apertura o chiusura delle cerniere è equivalente tra la parte alta
e quella bassa a simboleggiare l’equità e la necessità di rispetto reciproco
che uomini e donne devono avere nel lavoro quanto negli affetti e nella sfera
sessuale. E proprio con riferimento alla sfera sessuale l’allusione rimanda al
principio del “decidiamo insieme”. La parte nera simboleggia l’elemento
maschile e quella bianca quello femminile. La parte nera ha però una sua
componente bianca per ricordare ad ogni uomo che è nato da una donna.
