Al(L)varigt

Al(L)varigt is part of my ongoing series Utopie Reattive, a body of work that explores the dialogue between intention and response. Rather than imposing a predetermined image, I allow gesture, material, and process to interact, embracing uncertainty as an active element of the work.

The title draws from the Swedish word allvarligt ("serious"), interrupted by the insertion of an additional L. This subtle intervention transforms something familiar into something unstable, echoing my interest in moments where established structures begin to shift. Like the painting itself, the title resists fixed interpretation, inviting uncertainty and multiple readings.

Through these small disruptions, I investigate how meaning is continuously reconstructed rather than simply revealed.
