The title is inspired by the song performed by Léo Ferré, based on Louis Aragon's poem. Rather than illustrating the text, the painting asks the same question in another language: the language of images. The blue face, the bird, the fish and the small distant figure become fragments of a quiet meditation on the human condition. Every element remains deliberately open to interpretation.
