Based in Tokyo, Japan.

Focusing on the materiality of bodily imagery, I create heavily edited photographic works that seek to generate visual and tactile images.

The flattened body undergoes deconstruction and reconfiguration, acquiring new forms endowed with unique depth and dynamic materiality.

Through these formed images, the work engages the viewer’s own bodily memory rooted in perceptual experience, aiming to generate a unique creative space between the artwork and the viewer.

Taking the body as a point of departure, I continue to create while exploring the interrelationships among perception, presence, space, and the mind, pursuing their conceptual investigation and expansion.
