El Jardín del Futuro
Short film · AI · Copywriting · Award-winning
El Jardín del Futuro is a 4‑minute experimental short film created with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Winner of the First Prize in the Artificial Intelligence category at the Humus Film Fest 2024 (Casa Encendida Museum, Madrid), the work blends AI‑generated scripts and imagery with human creativity to explore the intersection of sustainability and technology.
Inspired by the dystopian tone of Black Mirror, the film questions the reliability of predictions and celebrates the unpredictable nature of reality. It imagines a future where urban gardens grow amidst concrete jungles, with AI modelling their growth and challenges. The narrative shifts between calculated forecasts and the unexpected outcomes of real‑life efforts, offering a playful yet thought‑provoking reflection on how technology and nature collide in surprising ways.
