"Presencia Interior" ( Manolo )
Explores the relationship between vulnerability and self-protection. A hand partially covers the face, creating a tension between the desire to reveal oneself and the need to remain hidden.
The sculpture is built through direct and expressive modelling, where marks, textures and imperfections remain visible as traces of the creative process. These gestures transform the surface into a record of experience, memory and emotional presence.
Rather than portraying a specific individual, the work reflects a universal human condition: the search for identity, the exposure of fragility and the silent dialogue between the inner self and the outside world.
