Powder-coated wire mesh, steel, dimensions variable, 2026
This sculptural work explores the tension between fragility and permanence, transparency and presence. Constructed from industrial wire mesh and elevated on slender steel supports, the piece appears simultaneously weightless and architectonic — like a floating organism, an unstable landscape, or a temporary spatial memory.
The glossy pink surface transforms the industrial material into an emotionally charged atmosphere. Light penetrates the porous structure, generating constantly shifting shadows and creating an expanded sculptural field beyond the physical body itself.
Rather than functioning as an isolated object, the work activates its surroundings through permeability, movement, and spatial vibration. The sculpture investigates how contemporary materials can become carriers of emotion, memory, and collective imagination within public and architectural space.
Its visual language oscillates between organic growth and constructed form, proposing sculpture not as monument, but as a living spatial condition.
