This work unfolds as a relief surface, entirely composed of small material units that, when juxtaposed and layered, create a vibrant visual field in constant transformation. Each fragment, oriented with subtle variations, generates a dynamic rhythm that evokes rippling water, ocean currents, or air flows made tangible through matter.
The dominant blue color is never uniform: it is crossed by darker, deeper areas alternating with luminous highlights, suggesting the perception of a vital flow, both calm and powerful. Light, reflecting on the surfaces, amplifies the iridescent effect and enhances the sensory dimension of the piece, which continuously changes according to the viewer’s perspective.
On a conceptual level, the work explores the relationship between thought and inner landscape: the material scales become metaphors of ideas, emotions, and memories that, like waves, overlap and dissolve. The composition thus invites contemplation—an immersion into a continuous flow where minimal fragments recombine into a unified, poetic, and vibrant whole.
