Beginning to Flow Again is an interactive sound installation that invites viewers to touch areas of color (with gloves), triggering custom sound compositions derived from natural sound design. The work explores Transformation as a process aligned with the organic rhythms of the body and nature, rather than the accelerated pace of the modern mind.
Through modular, storyboard-like canvases, evolving forms and chromatic sequences reflect a slow, cyclical journey of transformation, reconnection, and renewal. The project frames emotional health as a practice rooted in self-awareness and reconnection with oneself and, implicitly, with nature as a restorative and regulating force.
In a life marked by overstimulation, digital fatigue, and increasing psychological disconnection, the installation creates an immersive space for pause, sensory engagement, and recalibration. Healing is approached as a gradual return to flow and balance, in dialogue with both inner states and the natural environment.
Due to its modular structure, the canvases can be arranged in multiple compositions, adapting to the architectural characteristics of each space and allowing intuitive reconfiguration by the collector or exhibitor.
