Kinetic Wind Sculpture

To mark the 15th anniversary of the Central Admission Centre of the UPK Basel, a sculpture is to be installed on the forecourt of the Central Admission Centre UPK Basel.

The sculpture must fit into the surroundings of the park and the UPK buildings and should be the result of the artist's engagement with the topic of mental health / rehabilitation and / or resilience.

The materials must be weatherproof, stable and resistant to violent events. In the case of UPK Basel sculptures with several elements, all parts must be firmly connected so that they cannot be dismantled. The sculpture should not pose a risk of injury.
