A Trade for Joy – Even Then
The work asks what remains when our lives are in transition. It begins with a simple question: What possibilities remain when financial resources disappear? When the ability to act begins to fade? When social connections are absent?
Imagination enables us to recognize new possibilities, create new forms of exchange, and bring new realities into being. Visitors are invited to leave a note. From these, offers and desires emerge, giving rise to the work itself.
Being a pArt is an artistic principle that describes the moment when the boundary between artwork and human being begins to blur. The works emerge through participation and relationship. This installation takes that idea to its extreme: in isolation, it does not exist.
