This image speaks to a more self-conscious perception than la reina.
She knows of her nakedness, her exposedness, she knows, that she´s just flesh connected to its origin, the mouth of the mother.
And is yet proud and defiant in her strength. She has nothing, nothing on, nothing to take or to keep, just herself.
Maybe this is about empowerment in the letting go of all pretenses, stripped naked, down to the fleshy core. we are nothing. we can be anything!
