My creative inspiration stems from a deep gaze into the ordinary and everyday. When I shrank down, the washbasin became a vast swimming pool, its water flowing like a cool spring. I floated effortlessly, perhaps even through my belly fat. I imagine napping in a cool pool on a summer afternoon or dozing in a steamy hot spring in the dead of winter are both incredibly addictive. The toothbrush, toothpaste, and facial cleanser on the sink are no longer cold, industrial products; they are "still life protagonists" imbued with emotion and life. Their placement and the signs of use (squeezed toothpaste, residual foam) silently tell of their owner's habits, personality, and even the story of a single day, forming a series of "miniature stage plays" imbued with the essence of life.
