This painting emerged from a recurring inner vision of a child figure connected to memory, innocence, and emotional projection. Rather than depicting a literal person, the work explores the subconscious reconstruction of identity through longing, attachment, and symbolic perception.

Set within an open landscape, the figure appears suspended between reality and dream-state — both present and unreachable. The oversized eyes and softened anatomy create a sense of psychological intensity, while the surrounding green hills suggest growth, distance, and emotional return.

The painting forms part of a larger series investigating limerence, spiritual symbolism, and the transformation of personal experience into archetypal imagery. Here, the child becomes a symbol of vulnerability, memory, and the search for emotional origin within another person.
