The Flower of Life is one of the most important shapes in Sacred Geometry because it represents the cycle of creation. The universe itself is formed upon this pattern, from atoms to galaxies: the harmony of creation finds its reflection in every point of this energetic grid, which connects the microcosm and macrocosmo in perfect proportion. Starting from the single point, one reaches the entirety of the universe: the one is everything. This is where the importance of the compass comes from, as well as the symbolism of the sun - and of gold - represented by a circle with a point at its center. The golden ratio, the royal cubit, and the Fibonacci sequence, when placed in relation to one another, confirm the value of this flower as a true archetype and paradigm of creation. The Tree of Life was painted directly from this geometric grid, respecting the symbolism of the Sefirotic tree of the Jewish Kabbalah, which is composed of ten divine emanations - the Sephirot - and twenty-two paths. From heaven to earth and from earth to heaven, energy channels through ten passages that make up the creative process, uniting the physical world with the spiritual one. The foliage is rendered as a colorful, geometric, and fragmented blend that brings together both figurative and abstract expressions to reconcile these two opposites, while thin blue branches connect the essential centers of divine emanation.
