This triptych explores transformation through the passage from heat, movement and instability toward structure, balance and permanence.
Inspired by the journey of steel from its incandescent state to its final form, the work does not seek to illustrate an industrial process directly. Instead, it focuses on the traces left behind by that transformation. Layers, erosion, transparency and accumulated marks evoke the physical forces that act upon matter: expansion, pressure, compression and cooling.
A line of intense color moves across the three panels as a remnant of thermal energy. As it progresses, it gradually fragments and settles into the surface, suggesting the transition from fluidity to stability. Subtle geometric traces and sedimented forms reference the memory of transformation embedded within the material itself.
The work reflects on the moment when energy becomes structure and movement becomes memory.
