Part of a series where I combine two different landscapes into a single one (referenced in my artist statement). This synthesis between Bulgaria and Italy is in the form of an island in the middle of the ocean, but the real places incorporated here are actually a decorative aqueduct near Plovdiv and the Venetian lagoon.

L’opera fa parte di una serie in cui fondo due paesaggi diversi in uno solo (cfr. il mio artist statement). Questa sintesi tra la Bulgaria e l’Italia si presenta sotto forma di un’isola in mezzo all’oceano, ma i luoghi veri e propri incorporati qui sono, in realtà, un acquedotto decorativo nei pressi di Plovdiv e la Laguna veneziana.
