This work is part of a series on the theme of the oniric. It follows a complex research on the concepts of limit, blindness and human introspection: the body's propioception between the environment and it's inner world. This work in particular depicts the human recurrent dream of an utopian flying. Dream is infact such a state of mind where the phisical perception is suspended and rediscovered in form of independent projections: gravity, light and time.
Exploring the theme of dreams highlights the instinctive human search for truth and the importance of active interpretation, even of oneself. The viewer is invited to contemplate the nature of their inner body and landscape.
The reflectring tape sorrounding the canvas negotiates a boundary of transition between the reality and the image as an apparition.
