LEAP INTO THE VOID, BEYOND FEAR
This work originates from a reflection on change and on the inner strength required to embrace it.
At the center of the composition, a horse bursts forward with powerful, vital energy. It is not merely moving ahead; it is breaking through a barrier. The vortex surrounding it represents the existential condition in which fear, uncertainty, and resistance to change can trap us, pulling us toward the core of our insecurities and preventing us from evolving.
The white forms opening around the horse do not depict an existing passage. Rather, they symbolize the very act of tearing through limitation itself. Like a canvas being ripped open from within, the horse creates its own way forward. It embodies the inner force that each of us must discover in order to free ourselves from what confines us and take the leap into the unknown.
The cosmic background is not only an external universe but also a metaphor for the infinite possibilities that emerge once we find the courage to move beyond fear. Uncertainty does not disappear; it transforms. Beyond obstacles and challenges—which life inevitably continues to present—lie new perspectives, unexpected discoveries, and wonders yet to be revealed.
The artwork incorporates the poem that inspired its creation, woven directly into the composition through my artistic technique, HindsightArt. This approach invites viewers into a slow and progressive process of discovery, where words and images coexist as a single narrative. Hidden figures suspended in flight emerge throughout the background, symbolizing individuals who, like the horse, have chosen to leave the comfort of the familiar and surrender to life's unfolding journey.
The poem reads:
In a whirlwind of confusion and fear,
I held my fears tightly in my hands
and entrusted them to the wind.
Beyond the wall of doubt,
a leap into the void,
beyond fear.
And suddenly,
the void became a universe.
Strength unfolds beyond the horizon.
Beyond the wind,
wings within the soul.
Between who I was and who I will become,
there is only one leap:
the choice to fly.
The horse represents the primal impulse toward transformation, while the flying figures embody the universal human experience of stepping beyond self-imposed boundaries. Together, they narrate a journey from fear to expansion, from limitation to possibility.

The void we fear is not emptiness; it is the space where a new version of ourselves can emerge.
