La Solitude No.1 was created during a period of living in France and marked a transition from the human figure toward a more internal and symbolic space.
The fragmented forms and isolated eyes suggest a presence no longer experienced as fully stable or unified, but suspended between perception, distance, and identity. Rather than portraying solitude as emotional isolation, the work approaches a quieter condition in which awareness remains while the sense of self begins to loosen and reorganize itself.
