“Mother Mary, a Sacred Union and the Earth” positions the Divine Feminine not as a single figure but as a keeper of thresholds — of the Earth itself, and of the eternal passage between death and rebirth. Mary holds the blue sphere of the world in one hand and the Ankh, ancient symbol of life eternal, in the other: guardian of the planet’s body and of its capacity for continual renewal.

Before her, two serpents rise in dynamic, coiled motion — the visible pulse of Kundalini energy, ascending between the painting’s central pair: Jesus and Mary Magdalene, rendered here as the sacred couple, the living union of masculine and feminine in balanced, harmonized form.
