Levy works from a space of diasporic intersectionality working across site-specific, mixed media and painterly practice.
"Follow the Light" is reminiscent of the waves of sensing/feeling Levy experiences through her long-established meditation practise, the depth and spaciousness of being "outside" thought.
Her embodied practice rejects the separation of corporeal being and mind, valuing intuition, sensation and physical experience equally with intellectual analysis.
These works map emotional and physical terrain, layering experience, stories and imagery. The delicately layered remnants form series of allegorical landscapes, informed by an interweaving of memory and surrounding physical, intellectual and sensual landscapes.

The work reminiscent of both Surrealist esoteric practices and Abstract Expressionistic search for ascendance beyond failing socio-political environments.
