Maryland Institute College of Art shaped my artistic journey, but the pandemic stole my graduation, leaving lingering questions about art and identity. Returning for my Master’s, nostalgia and uncertainty led me to transform Cohen Plaza into a giant question mark, embodying my search for meaning. Inspired by Duchamp, I used grass paint and perspective to craft an artwork only fully visible from above, symbolizing how art challenges perception. A drone’s view revealed its true essence—a dialogue between individual and society, where beauty lies not in certainty but in shifting perspectives, inviting endless exploration and interpretation.
