The deep, immersive space created by the digital painting and garden photography forms the core of this work, with the flowing, fleeting calligraphy gently accompanying it. Resonating with the misty, dreamlike atmosphere, it expresses a gentle hope for tomorrow, even when the world feels uncertain.
Using the style of "花押：Kao," a traditional Japanese monogram, the calligraphy reconstructs the characters of the phrase "彼誰月."
"彼誰月：Kawatarezuki" refers to the moon floating in the dim, ambiguous light just before dawn. In Japanese culture, this phrase symbolizes a "boundary time" when the contours of reality blur, making it difficult to discern who is there.
Intersecting the artist's own journey of living with a chronic illness with nature, this piece visualizes fragile yet beautiful moments.
This is a digital artwork with scalable display dimensions. While the standard size is around 60 × 60 cm, it is rendered in high resolution to maintain pristine visual quality even when expanded up to 120 × 120 cm.
By harmonizing the spirit of Japanese calligraphy within the digital realm, it creates a new form of Japanese art where tradition, technology, and the transience of life coexist.
