Starting from the reading of DeBono’s ‘six-thinking hats’,
the project illustrates a series of ‘personae’ or so-called
‘fixed-roles’ by employing geometric language.
The aim is to critically look at the employment of ‘fixed
roles’ and in which context these fictitious ‘personas’
can take relevance for innovation discourses
and team-building processes.
Colors and the variability of the circle shape try to suggest
a precise ‘mood’ or ‘persona’.
The project wants to be also a hymn for women.
