Selina Pouria, born on 12/6/1957 in Khuzestan Province, has a BA in English and a PhD in Paintingminiature, Illumination, and Floral Art. She received *76* certificates of appreciation for her fortyyears of continuous work and 30 years of teaching Painting, Illumination, Floral Art, of which 20years were spent teaching at the Painting Association and the rest were spent teaching at Tehranuniversities. She is currently a lecturer at Professor Mahmoud Farshchian University.
Received the "Distinguished Professor" certificate from the Professor Evaluation Council,President of the Iranian Painting Association, Professor Mohammad Bagher Aghamiri, andRepresentative of the Evaluation Council, Professor Abbas Jamalpour, in the field of painting,illumination, flowers and birds.
She has designed and illustrated 15 books for children, all of which have been published.
The album "Selected Paintings: Selina Pouria" has been published by Mirdashti Publications, andher works have been published by numerous publications.
Including the authorship of two textbooks, Illumination Design and Pattern Geometry by TehranUniversity of Applied Sciences. As well as the authorship of the book "Collection of Selina Pouria'sPaintings" in 2015.
Having a specialized solo exhibition of painting at the request of Mr. Abdolmajid Sharifzadeh,Director General of Education, Development and Promotion, Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts andTourism Organization of Iran, and holding a seminar and a series of specialized meetings in thisfield by professors of painting, simultaneously at the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and TourismOrganization of Iran, and receiving a letter of appreciation in recognition of active participation andorganization in this exhibition in 2014.

Holding a solo exhibition at the Imam Reza (AS) Cultural and Artistic Festival in Indonesia in 2012and receiving five certificates: at Mohammadiyeh University (Jakarta) as a lecturer in the field ofIranian arts: painting, illumination, flowers and birds and tashir on October 1.
