The whisperer

She lurks like dark thoughts and unconscious temptations to evil. Mischief stems from her supernatural powers, but mainly it is the result of her understanding of the weaknesses of her specific interlocutors, she play upon  their ambitions like puppeteers.

The whisperer's bizarre potions, and rhymed speech make her seem like caricature of the supernatural.Her tattoos glow everytime she harnesses her powers. 

She has the power to use supernatural forces to make impossible things happen such as make people disappear or controlling events in nature. She can forsee the future, spirits whisper dark secrets into her cat ears and she can only whisper her voice into people's minds as her lips are sealed.
