Simply ramen

 My artwork seeks to depict not objective reality but rather the subjective emotions and responses that objects and events arouse within a person. Ive aimed to accomplish this through distortion, exaggeration, primitivism, and fantasy and through the vivid, jarring, violent, or dynamic application of metaphoric elements. Historically, serpents and represent fertility or a creative life force. As serpents shed their skin through sloughing, they are symbols of rebirth, transformation, immortality, and healing. The ouroboros is a symbol of eternity and continual renewal of life.
