“Witness” is a digital artwork shaped by two years of sitting silently in front of social media, watching the live documentation of an entire people’s erasure. With open eyes that strain to perceive another reality and trembling hands caught between helplessness and disbelief, the piece reflects a state of confrontation with violence so overt, it defies comprehension. This work explores the limits of witnessing, the psychological toll of digital proximity to atrocity, and the deep dissonance between visibility and action. It is not just an image but a cry suspended in pixels, capturing the fragile moment between horror and paralysis.
