Project Description: 80,000 INTENTIONS TREE
1. The Artistic and Social Concept: An Alchemical and Social Process
"The 80,000 Intentions Tree is a total and participatory work of art that explores the link between nature, human thought, and technology. Inspired by the eco-philosophical vision of Thom Hartmann, the project unfolds as an alchemical and social process. Its goal is to materialize a holistic, invisible community of 80,000 positive thoughts across the world, transforming individualism into a collective convergence."
2. The Interactive Digital Experience (The Work in its Current State)
"In its current phase of deployment, the work transcends traditional sculpture to become a relational interface. The public is invited to become co-creators via a dedicated web platform: each participant leaves an intimate intention that is instantly inscribed onto the virtual twin of a 3D leaf. This creation leads to the issuance of a unique NFT, designed as an eco-responsible and permanent certificate of authenticity (low-carbon footprint blockchain).
The digital promise is fully kept here: each contributor acquires a poetic 'share' and owns a unique, definitive digital artwork, engraved in the blockchain forever. This virtual existence is completely autonomous. By revisiting the archetypes of the Tree of Life, Joseph Beuys's 'social sculpture', and the immaterial in Yves Klein's art, the project transforms volatile thoughts into a perennial architecture of the living."
3. The Monumental Finality and the Memorial Dimension (The Work in Progress)
"This digital art-based crowdfunding directly supports the research, development, and progressive fabrication of the monumental physical sculpture in mirror-polished stainless steel. Unfolding over time, the tree grows organically at the pace of contributions, offering the virtual leaves their definitive physical anchoring.
Digital art possesses this unique strength: before building the sculpture in the real world, the tree already exists, grows in its virtual 3D version (modeled on Blender or deployed in an online immersive space), and becomes entirely real and eternal in its memorial dimension. The project thus unites the immaterial, the virtual, and the real to capture and immortalize an immense, poetic database of the human spirit in our time."
